We are looking for a motivated individual with a high level of customer service skills gained within a very busy office environment for the following roles.
1 x Relocation Manager Required
Our client is one of the largest companies in the area and consistently relocate employees to this area and London.
The right candidate for this role should ideally have a good local knowledge of London and the outskirts, as well as local knowledge for Camberley and surrounding areas. Experience of property sourcing is essential, as is a property related background.
Working hours are flexible and a company pool car and pool mobile phone will be supplied. Work is based on an hourly basis and is dependent on experience.
The Role:
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Daily and weekly feedback to landlords
• Continuous contact with prospective tenants, ensuring database is kept up to date
• Leaflet Dropping
• Source new business
• Photos and Floorplans
• Valuations (Full Training Will Be Provided)
Skills Required:
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Able to use own initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Target driven
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Diary Management
• Computer literacy imperative, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Full training will be provided for all in-house systems and general administration)
• Ideally a proven sales track record and property background preferred
Other Requirements:
• Must be well presented and have a full UK driving licence
The Role:
• Carry out valuations and convert to instructions
• Chase valuations, withdrawn properties and re-lets
• Advertising
• Photos and Floorplans
• Source properties and generate new business
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Landlord feedback
